The ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the data protection system used include:

1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and sockerking.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and you must give separate consent for any activities not related to the execution of the purchase contract.
3. Access to your personal data, only authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, providing a guarantee of its security.
4. The sockerking.com IT system and in-house procedures meet all data protection standards.

The ADO thereby complied with all legal obligations for the protection of personal data.

By registering you save time and money, as registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previous purchases.

2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for issuing a proof of sale;

The data you provide when placing an order is processed by sockerking.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:

Name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is at the same time an order for delivery of the consignment depending on the type of consignment selected, Name, address, Tax Identification Number indicated as the data for which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system of the online store “SOCKER KING” DANIEL JATCZAK

1. If you use a third-party payment system, any data you provide when you go to the payment operator’s website remains registered only in its database and is not accessible or stored in any way by sockerking.com

Data are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the duration of storage of accounting documents.

1. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, all we ask is that you provide your email address to which commercial information from sockerking.com will be sent, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into your sockerking.com account or by clicking on the unsubscribe link and located in the footer of each newsletter.

The e-mail address is transferred and processed only for the purpose of sending e-mails to:

1. Cookies – your personal information that is automatically collected when you access sockerking.com

sockerking.com uses the servers of OVH sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and the store software of NetArch Sp. z o.o based in Krakow (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.

sockerking.com uses “cookies” technology, which are text files placed on your device, to enable sockerking.com to recognize you and customize sockerking.com to your needs.

sockerking.com uses cookies to:

1. to remember logging in (the session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

1. Transfer of your personal data

In specific situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to provide collected data to state authorities, sockerking.com will provide such data.

With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Controller shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with such entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and preservation of confidentiality and security of personal data, and their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller.

VII. Change of privacy policy sockerking.com

sockerking.com reserves the right to change the privacy policy if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of sockerking.com’s operation change, or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
